ok i need help with submitting my flash... so i go onto 'flash portal' go to 'submit your work' click agree then go 'browse' to find the .swf (someone tell me what that is + why does it say thumbnail size is 75x75.. is it for the picture?) now i get a picture... i dont know what sort of picture i get or what to do there because i tried putting a pic but it just didn't work for some reason..skip title..
with the width & height is that for the animation?? so thats all i need help with

i looked in a lot of places but i couldn't find a thread or anything ok thats all...
