Rosie - 8/10 She's mature and awesome, she's also a pretty great and active mod.

Scarecrow - 9/10 At first when I just started on SP, with the merge and stuff, I had a natural hostility to all the SP "oldfags" including Scarecrow, I thought he just hated the new people. Although, as I got to mature and know him more, he's pretty cool. Intelligent and humorous are stuff that I'd describe him, and he knows about plants that aren't weed, which is pretty cool, and helpful too.

Scarecrow is an Eleventy Hundred/10

Seriously though, he's a pretty cool guy, harsh at times, but alright. So a real rating is probably at least an 8.7
