Try studying the female anatomy a little more, and don't use flash for your artwork next time lol. Not trying to be rude, but flash kinda makes artwork look messy.

You seem to have the basic idea of lighting, but you need to focus on it a bit more. There are places where lighting is spot on and other places where it is off and unnecessary. If you need me to expound on this i will. For this type of style you should have added highlights as well, it would have helped.

overall just work on your anatomy and shading and the breasts are weird looking lmao, a bit to big, and without the proper highlights look flat as pancakes haha

XD That was my first boobs ;n; Well... Thank you :) Honestly, I never learn the anatomy of a woman XD Well... I'll put some highlights in my second :v I was boring so, I made this XD heh.. Maybe I'll use SAI :3 Thank you very much :)

there's still something wrong with the boobs. i think it might be a shading issue, but it's hard to tell. i think it's the random darker area near the shoulders? makes them look like inflated basketballs instead of hanging naturally

Well, the basic anatomy is executed rather decently, but the obvious issue is like others have said, the breasts. As everybody knows, breasts are round and they stick out form the chest, so they rely on shading to show this, without it, it looks rather like a large circle has been slipped under her shirt.
And I'm not that fond of the face, the eyes are facing the camera as if she is staring at the 'camera' directly, however her face is edging a little to the right.
These things shouldn't be a bother if you just push on and give it a few more shots.

Thanks guys for the proper cnc.. :) but, seriously, this is my first female and boobsB >:( and, I'm still 13! I haven't seen a boobs seriously and learn about it! Lol.. Maybe I'll get a better female draw when I'm mature enough to learn about the boobs construction :( well.. Good enough isn't? For a 13 boy and a boy that haven't learned the construction of boobs :v ok, sorry for the boobs the breast error :v (wanna sign'in this? O_o)

Just take a look at some anatomy for drawing guides, there's bound to be plenty that tell you how to draw boobs
