The Ironic Collab

DESCRIPTION: The Ironic Collab has a pretty straightforward goal: animate something ironic. For those of you who don't fully understand what irony is:

i-ro-ny
a state of affairs or an event that seems deleberatly contrary to what one expects and is often amusing as a result

It could be a fight with an ironic ending, or just about anything you can think of.

RULES:

Program: Flash 8 (if you use CS3, save as a Flash 8 document)

FPS: 24

Dimensions: 600 x 300

Length: 3-10 seconds (can be more if you have the time)

Due Date: August 31st

Sign your animation in the top right corner, and break apart the text (control+b twice)

Name all symbols (including tweens,) and put your library in a folder called "Your Name."
For example, I would name my symbols explosivekitteh1, explosivekitteh2, etc. and put everything in my library into a folder named Explosive Kitteh.

When you finish your entry PM me the .fla using SaveFile. PM's only, don't post your entry in the thread or in the Portal. Posting publicly will ruin the point of a collab.

MUSIC [***NEW***]

I forgot about music. I am taking suggestions for music, but the credit music will be "Another One Bites the Dust" by Queen. I'm in the process of making an anim. that will go at the very end of the collab. "Another One Bites the Dust" will tie into my animation. For the collab music, menu music, or both, I am open for suggestions.

Wow, I'm impressed, I saw a collab started by someone who I've never seen on SPP before and I expected instant fail. But this is very well structured and thought out. Even though no one knows you, I can see this working just because every thing is so well thought out. You have my congrats, Explosive Kitteh!

I'll join as soon as I can think of something good to animate for this, it shouldn't take long though =P
