I make a head layer, draw the body then lock the head layer hit f7. Then I unlock head layer move it then lock it draw body. But it keeps the head where it was at in the first layer. It makes me mad. Any help?

Clarify. You drew the body in the head layer, or the first layer? Elaborate your question as much as possible so we can answer it.

No no no, I made the body in a different layer. So when I hit f7 I can lock the head layer and keep it the same size. Jrush214 told me too.

question 1: Have you experimented allot with it?
question 2: Is the head a symbol or shape, did you say you redrew it each frame?
question 3: Which layer is highlighted when you pushed f7?(it don't matter witch is locked, only da highlighted layer takes effect when you push f7).......
hell,.... I think you should just experiment...... i'm not gunna help.... it's ridicules.

ADVICE: don't try the same thing over and over again and expect different results.
