The main problem here is that you dont know anatomy or proportions very well, and yet you are not working from references. I have spent a very long time studying how to draw people, and I think until I reach professional level and beyond I will still use references for everything I draw. Its important to have a basis in reality for everything you draw, and I really suggest you start finding photographs of people in the poses you are looking up, or at least have a proportion chart and an andrew loomis or bridgeman book or pdf out to reference from. Your mind isnt ready for creating something as complex as the human body from memory, so most of what you draw is merely from your symbolic memory. Things like the shape of the chest, arms, head, eyes, etc. are contained in symbolic memory, but none of the more valuable information like how those parts size up to each other, their shape in 3d space, and what happens when they move. That comes from real life, and you need to learn that to succeed and learn from each of your drawings.

It's pretty cool. He looks like a grizzly bear. XD Yeah, as said above, his legs really are against proportion and anatomy. Kind of funny how you forgot that. Also, instead of just moving away, avoiding what you are not good at, try practicing at least a little. So, practice women. Drawing them, of course.
