Not in a while because of the amount of work that needs to be done. Not to mention the incompletion of the previous RHG tournament back at FA. Stone said it himself several times already in IRC, saying that even if there are a lot of people wanting another RHG tournament, it will still not be complete due to other things encountering its schedule from school to work. Plus, the RHG tournament is expected to have everyone that has signed up to actually participate.
