So i have sent some messages about exploiters to at support@stickempires.com and i don't get any responses. About a month ago i sent an email regarding a bug. No response. A few days ago i sent a email regarding juanquis4, who pause freeze exploited me... and no response. WyzDM had said that he had reported eduazul about a week ago... and guess what he's still here out of sync-ing. When I told juanquis4 that i was going to report him he just laughed. I also have a feeling that these exploiters don't really give a shit about getting banned, maybe they can evade it.

They can. All they have to do is... um, i'm not sure if it's a good idea for me to post it here. But anyway, the only way to effectively get rid of hackers is for the development people to make a private server or something, idk. I saw a lengthy discussion on it, and while I consider myself to be a computer person, I didn't understand a word. Basically, they need to change where the code is located so than only very experienced hackers can get in, with special equipment and stuff. Essentially, hacking is no longer worth it. Unfortunately, to do this requires a large budget, and is probably out of the range of SE developers.

Quote from WyzDMI don't make a thread for every possible (or imo definite) game breaker I run into, I simply send an email to support@stickempires.com as directed. So yes, I've already made an email many days ago about edualze29, so I'm actually surprised to see him still around.
Well, that can take as an example
Anyway, there're some possible solutions for this. The game creators dont really care about this game or they dont have time for this or the game's condition is so bad that they cant even handle the number the exploitiers or glitchers (well, this is a sad thing because this game used to be cool with nice people playing fair games and respecting each others, now look at what it turns out to be... a disaster :( Man, I really miss the old time, it's not gonna be the same again)

Can't we just ban them from SE ?

Can I ignore this thread?
Ya'll do realize, only one person reads ALL the emails that are actually sent to that email address, and if you don't provide enough proof, then he must go find it himself which takes a long time. Not to mention, he's busy with everything else.
So, yeah.

That's funny; whenever I make a suggestion/report an exploiter, Brock replys within a day.

Well, the problem is if u ban them from SE they can still make another acc and keep glitching/exploiting like what they used to do to boost them to the level they were at so what's the point?

I don't see the reason why the game developers are updating Stick empires, and working on it, while also playing the game themselves, but don't have time to read messages and ban people.

How about IP ban? That forces them to play on a VPN/Proxy, and that makes their ping go +40
They'll lose resolve to play because the game becomes too laggy.

Hey guys,
It is just me checking the support emails. Sometimes, especially on weekends I don't check them as much as sometimes I do stuff!
As for banning, I generally do not ban people instantly upon getting a complaint email and usually wait for a few or other evidence. That said we do have a ban list and it is quite big.
We actually track which users are sending the game out of sync already. I plan on figuring out a system for punishing these users eventually as we have this data. Note, even the biggest exploiters only send a small percentage of games out of sync.

Well, that can sum up everything, this thread is not needed anymore
