On The Website http://www.nationstates.net you can create you own online nation!

You Can Customize

-the name of your nation (cannot be changed afterwards)
-type: ex Republic, Dictatorship, Kingdom, Peoples Republic, etc...
-your flag (you will be givien choices at first, but as soon as you are done with creating your nation, you can upload an image for the "settings" section)
-capital city (after your population grows to 500 million citizens)
-leader (750 million citizens)
-religion (1 billion citizens)

Once you've created your nation, you will be put into one of the default regions.
(you can move to any region of your choice)

Every 12 hours you will get a new Issue to make a decision on, it will have an effect on one or more of many stats.
(usually Political Freedoms, Economy, or Civil Rights)

Based On these Decisions, your country will gain a Classification of government

Ex: Socialist, Capitalist, Father knows Best State, Dictatorship, etc
