I would like to create a Bell Curve on the Ranks of ALL of the SE players, and would like to create it to make a graphic representation of where someone might lie compared to the rest of the SE population.

The total population is 100,000 (100,000 players, according to Facebook Apps).
The highest rank is 2524 (Misty), but we rounded that to 2200 (because only a select few are above 2200)
The Lowest Rank is 609 (Frost), but we can round that to 1000 (I have over 600 friends on my Chiang account, and there are only 3 people under 1000).

The top 100 represents .01% of the total population.
The "middle" of the graph, where there are the same amount of people above and below the rank, is 1600.

Now, what would the distribution be? Can someone help me?

uummm, some players don't use facebook, and really, a majority of the players are 1500-1100

I would think that the facebook players and the non-facebook players would be connected to the same server (save money on hardware) and thus it should show both player groups.
