Brock, if I may offer a suggestion, perhaps you should implement some sort of heuristic to detect whether or not one player is winning or losing, then use that to look for suspicious OOS'es instead of relying solely on OOS frequency (due to the issue mentioned above).

Quote from isgoodi think some people who had done many many matches but have exploited at least 20 times won't be shown because it is 20%
Lets lower it down to 1%, or 0.1% then.

Quote from jerryttI dont think either of those accounts had over 20% OOS errors. (which is a bit high IMO)
I think you're a bit confused here. The 20% is that the list was only 20% of the names.

This makes more sense, and if the point is the ability to recognize a few names from the list, then wham-o: mission accomplished.

Well holy syncin' sh*t, There was a lot less out of syncs back in my old beta days :p
Rating derives the evil competition out of people now-a-days, No wonder why I retired lol

... and why is it that the ratio of OOS to games(on very the right) ended at exactly 20.0?

There were fewer players back then too. I was still OOS'd though.

I want dragon89 banned, I was kickin his a$$ until he went out of sync twice in a row. And bragged about it during the match before he did it.

Man, SE would be a Better, Friendlier and Cheat-less game if everyone just tried...
If you won and feel the need to brag like most people do, doing this^ instead and letting the losing player lose without any "Shit talk" would help
If you lose, just don't look at your imaginary rating # and try^, and just enjoy the game without raging
In general if everyone just enjoyed the game and didn't give a f*** about losing, winning or rating then it would be a better gaming environment for everyone
Seriously just enjoy the game and don't let that imaginary number tell you how skilled you are!
P.S. Now just enjoy that JOKE(Not to be taken seriously) video too :p

I know Dragon89. He's one of my old friends. He retired a long time ago in beta. Dragon88 is that new exploiter.

I've seen dragon89. I have reason to believe they're one and the same.
