I think the Tiger's head too big and it should really have a background, but the style is nice. Seriously tho, make a background.

As Maroon said, a background would really compliment this drawing.
Also, the boys pose and face are both somewhat awkward, and the shading on him is a bit too intense. It looks as if someone took a flash picture in front of him.
I really love the boxy style you've done, it's very intriguing! I really hope to see more artwork from you here!

I've started making a background. Though I warn you backgrounds isn't really my 'area of expertise'.
It feels good to hear that you guys like it. I worked hard on it.
