I think it is a bit too early for bse v5. I mean... v4 ended just a few months ago.

I thought Oxob does this stuff, yo. Oxob's actually pretty good at organizing events, and I would definitely give him the ability for him to manage another BSE.

I thought the winner of previous BSEs are supposed to host the next one, which is how oxob hosted in the first place >_> But I wouldnt know
