SO guys i see all the pros animating and i would like to know, wherer did they learn to animate the way they do? It's not possible to do it just by watching tutorials on youtube.

Everyone one this site will probably tell you the same. Practice!

We have a massive collection of tutorials that cover virtually everything you need to know. Use them.

Do what exile said, watch terkoiz/nhazul/Hyun/other people's tutorials on YouTube and just practice. A lot.

Why anyone would want a mentor is beyond me. Why limit your knowledge and feedback to one person instead of using thousands of tutorials and getting feedback from the community?

Tutorials and experience. Mostly experience since you just need tutorials for basics. You need to develop your own way after that.

Try going to youtube.com for tutorials.. "how to animate stick figures"
