I recently sent a password reset to my e-mail for Stick Empires, but never received the new password. I then put my e-mail in several times, but never got an e-mail. I even tried creating a new account, using my girlfriend's e-mail instead of my own, and again never got an e-mail for finalization on the account. I am an active member for Stick Empires on my primary account, and if I do not get my account information fixed soon I will be terminating my membership. Please reply ASAP if you have any information on fixing this issue, because if I can't gain access to my account by tonight, I will be cancelling my pay to this game.
