I liked the first one most. The anatomy and hair design were pretty good. But the position is a little awkward.
As for the second one, the head is way too long, especially because it's a female figure, and the shoulders and arms are overly wide and muscular. The arm also gets way too thin at the elbow.

The first one was more detailed, but positioning looked a bit weird.

I like the second one. It may not be detailed, but the structure looks marvelous. Plus, the hair looks more beautiful. Keep it up. :)

Haha yeah for some reason I can't seem to draw 'girly' or really feminine women. I think mostly because I'm used to drawing lots of superheroines. I better get that fixed soon. For the first one, I didn't use any guides like the center of gravity line thing, the S-shaped curve for ladies, and all that other stuff so that's probably why it looks a bit awkward. As for the second one, I couldn't figure out why it looked weird but now that you mention it Ahmad, yeah the head 's way too tall. The shoulders look too manly as well lol. I'll try to keep my next doodle more...tender you could say? Thanks a lot for the comments/thoughts guys, really appreciate it.

From my first look, I ASSUMED that both were meant to be doodles of super-heroines. The details in the arms and abdomens definitely give off a "less then 10% body fat" vibe. If you had originally attempted for a feminine body figure, then I'm sorry but I'd have to say you were a bit off mark. But they totally look BA, and I think you should roll with the Heroine angle. No one has to know. :p

The leg positioning in the first doodle looks slightly awkward, but not in a way that takes from the drawing. And the head in the second is a little lengthy, but I would just mark it down to character genetics. ^^

What I really enjoy, about both pics, is the hair. The tail end of the second pic, the hair behind her back, could have used a little more detail for wave and locks, but that's just me being nitpicky.

Overall, I extremely enjoy both doodles. :D

Sorry for the really late reply but thanks for the comment! I'll take everything you said into consideration.

EDIT: New ones added! I made it a bit more realistic and feminine (or at least I tried to). This time I uploaded the rough, lineart and colored versions.

Thanks! I try to improve at least one mistake I did in the last one in the new ones.
