The head animation and the shadow are rushed.
How about some CnC ?

Good. Well done. Few things to say,
You're still looking at the stickmen in 2D.

You need to visualize everything in 3d when working with perspective.
As like in the second shot of him running... It looks like it's just a 2D shot with big feet.
Third short could have had about six frames longer, but it was fine

Also, watch out for wobblyness.
It's something a few people don't like

Yay ! Thanks Telepurte (I love your avatar btw)
Hm, I understand... I'd probably add more views like these or differents. Btw I didn't add enough frames but there's an angle from above, which turn into an angle bottom-right of the character.

My wobblyness, eh... Everyone tells me my anims are wobbly. I don't really see how to solve it, I tried everything though ! Help, maybe ?

Oh shenkyoh.

It would help that you first try a moving rectangle or square before a complicated human to get the perspective sussed.
Perspective is an ideologically 3D subject that is difficult to exercise from a 2D point of view

As for your wobblyness, it helps to go slowly, pressing the next frame button repeatedly (default is "." I think), and trying to find where the drawing doesn't go in between the previous and next frame. Onion skinning helps a poop load.
Also, try either quick strokes which in theory, happen too fast for hand wobbles to affect the stroke
Or try extra slow strokes, being extra careful not to wobble.

I personally use quick and short strokes. However using this style makes mistakes a lot more common, which is why I hot key the undo button to something my thumb can reach like ; or '
That way I can do lots of oopsy daisies.
