A few sketches i've done/finished over the span of a week or two, from oldest to newest.

Sketches and an ink of Teufel Diabolos from Senyuu, possibly my favorite character of all time. Messed up the ink a little, probably need to practice that a bit more.


I decided I needed a little school uniform practice so i went with a more preppy military style one.


Super unfinished sketch of miku, although I'm planning on coloring it sooner or later. My favorite part is the hands, dem hands.


Possibly my best and most favorite sketch in my entire sketchbook, so much so that I'm making him an O.C. For a name I was thinking Reumel, but I don't know. Suggestions?

Haha he isn't symmetrical though! or as symmetrical as death the kid can get with his hair... Teufel is a really awesome character though, if you ever watch Senyuu you'll see what i mean ;D

Rough sketching is great for practice and for getting rid of boredom, it also has this look and feel to it that I really like. If you have the chance I suggest trying it out.

I just watched the Ao no Exorcist movie (horribly translated btw) and really the only thing similar is the ears and the tooth. If you compare the tail, hair, eyes, and other features they aren't the same. I may have subconsciously pulled inspiration from AnE though, who knows. :P

The second one (school uniform) is a little off. The neck's a little too long, and way the chest fastening is positioned looks like it's facing directly forward, like a short of...chest...dorsal fin or something.
Still love it, by the way.
