Here's a video that might help, done by Terkoiz himself. If you still don't understand, there are other people willing to help.

Just imagine your point of view, how you see things.

Yeah. I accept with Guitarii. Be creative and just Imagine, that you are that stickman and imagine the view, that you are seeing. Also hope that that video helped u a lot ^^ Goodluck!

It's easy to think, harder to animate.
An angle is basicaly when you change the camera position, sort of. So, in your head, imagine your scene in 3D, move your camera around the character, and animate it !

The more you practice, the more you learn ~ made by Lethal5 himself lol.

It's pretty hard to master angles, but if you keep trying, you will soon notice you're learning it. There's a lot of tutorials about angles here in SP so you should check them out if you have the time. Just try imagining your point of view like what Guitarii said, try thinking of the first person shooter games you played, imagine how they are created. If it's 3rd person you're talking about instead of first person then just keep practicing. The link that GuardianTempest gave might help you. Good luck bro.

If you real watched action packed anime like the famous Naruto, Bleach, One Piece, Dragon Balls and etc. You might get it mostly...

Ohh. And try to mimic their view...
