So I was looking for alternatives to Pivot (after I was told about Stykz 5 minutes ago) so I was browsing through the internet and found this program (that seems to be rather obscure!)
Click here to go to the TwigMax Animator Website
http://twigmaxanimator.blogspot.ca/ is the url, if you want the url instead of clicking the button above

It's rather interesting by the looks of the thing, it seems to be like TISFAT (I dont use because it can be VERY annoying at times) + Pivot = TwigMax. I'm downloading it as I type.

It's like pivot, but added with Flash-based tools. I like it. :D

looks like it's pivot with motion tweens and curves. interesting...

doesn't say that it's able to export to animated gif though. you might need a bitmap sequence to gif converter also.

let us know what you think about it.

*spittake*

All it needs is layer-support and I'm completely sold.

I just made my first "animation" with it - it looks good. It's really easy to use (Once you know what the buttons do. grrr). To create a frame - well that's the part that I find is bullshit about this. You click on a completely non-labelled slightly differently shaded bar with numbers, and each number is the frame of the animation it represents. You click any where in the bar to select a frame, you move the character, and press add keyframe. Really annoying, but now that I've figured it out I like the program..... 8/10 for me, -2 from 10/10 because when you first open it you don't even know how to make a frame and because it is so obscure there are barely any tutorials, I've only managed to find one.

you could go all out and make a tutorial that gives an overview of its features.

Seems like a better version of pivot. I'll have to check it out later.

Similar to flash's timeline but, with autotween. Awesome. It better have keyboard shortcuts. <.< Post your anim.
