something looks out of proportion there.... i think the mouth is too small maybe. line work could be cleaner. looks pretty good otherwise, i like the texturing

Hmm... I think.. He just didn't put a shadow under the mouth which make a weird mouth. And, the hair.. You could put more detailed hair. For myself, I don't really like the hair syle. O_O! I guess she got a big breast.. e_e Nice concept overall :)

hmm, that could be it. now that you've mentioned it there's a lack of shading on the rest of the face too, like the nose and eyes. makes the whole face look 2-D compared to the rest

I was going to go lower and finish these babies up with nips and all, but I don't know if this is ok on the forum, even though I've been here for over a year now.

I'm guessing that you use a tablet for this.
The woman looks decent I guess: Nicely highlighted, propotionaly okay, but it lacks shading. Try to get a good logic of shading and imagine a lamp's pointing on the object/person that you're drawing and see where the shading would be. Judging from the hair it should probably be in the bottom... Oh, scrap that. After looking closely I just foundout that it's shaded, but incorrectly. You see, you made the majority of the body, if not the whole of it, shaded that it gave me the illusion that the body's dark, until I saw the face, so try to make the drawing cleaner and lighter. And maybe the line art needs some work as well since it looks sketchy.
Overall, it's okay.

That's it. She has no defined chin. From under her mouth to her chin it's just blank.

The body structure and the hair is fine, just work on the face a bit more.
