weather? and enviromental obstacles

maybe their should be (when elementals come out that is) a weather component of the game, a passive thingy that sways in the direction of one unit, so lets say if it was raining,water units would gain, idk speed boost? (mind you its not a big boost so no op) and maybe if there was an overgrowth of plants, grass units gain more health? also during those enviroments, they spawn obstacles, like maybe a puddle when its raining and whoever passes the puddle has a 25% chance of falling, and the overgrowth has venus flytraps that have a 10% chance of eating a unit (has a cooldown of a minute) which could turn the tide of the game, but because of that factor some players may not want the enviroment feature (also lag) so their would be a toggle on an off thingy, (yes its true im back woopdefriggindoo)

It seems like these would be more appropriate as spells for an Elemental Mage unit.

Like there could be a supportive one bringing in helpful weather like rain, while an offensive one brings out killers like your venus fly traps.
