Your main issue is the facial anatomy, plus it's better if you don't use the RHG's color for the skin color, it just looks off-putting.
Some good practice would be to possibly take some requests for people.

I only used the RHG colour without lets say "confirmation" in the Grudge one, Sharp gave me details on his RHG portrait and he specifically said he is orange so.. :/
and yeah i will be taking Requests

I'd say that you have to work on your propotions a bit. But the shadings are good in my opinion.

Also the shadings are pretty cool though specially at Ryu's face,The anime style makes it awesome,keep it up.
And Ikarhan's eye looks large and the placement of it were wrong for some reason.

Working on 'em

the eyes are very wierd. Take a load of tutorials but i love the shading. Especially on sharps but maybe sharp looks a bit too much like a guy with too much fake tan lotion. might be me or your style, but i like this art cant wait to request my character

Well the eyes are kinda tricky to make but ill try to improve them .
About Sharps portrait, i tried to get the colour he uses on the stick animations and applied to the portrait.
And i cant wait for your request

goodjob keep it up also the shadings are perfect though.

I'd bet mine is hard because human faces are different from animal faces... I takes time for me to draw it...

Boy you have lots to improve on. Focus on these;
1. Anotomy
2. Shading

Also why is his hair big at start, and became small down?
One of the eyes are bigger
Body too small compared to head
Something about the ear, but dunno what.

Take your time on drawing.
