Umm here's some things you should improve :3
•Theme
It looks so noobish,try to add some colors and clips there to make it entertaining a bit.
•Thread Style
Don't make all letters so LARGE.
•Flag
Try to add gradients(in right angle) to turn it artistic for a while,also the color of the pole and the ball looks weird though.
•Size
The member list's Size is so small,make it wide for a while.

That's all what i think you should improve :3
