Campus police, essentially the rent-a-cops of school. They have no real power, and, just like rent-a-cops, are pretty damn useless in real situations. We need more Paul Blarts in the world to help clean up on crime.

Not in Chicago. UCPD aren't ruthless but they aren't rent-a-cops for sure. USC is pretty lax though

Or when a school wants to keep their crime level statistics down in hopes of not discouraging students to enroll to the university. Well that turned out swell didn't it.
