Apparently Maddox was pirated games from Steam under the name PPROViSiON/Empiro, he probably would have gotten off scott free if he didn't hack the cybercafe and getting tons of credit card details and distributing them.

EDIT: nope its not him, someone did some research and the idiot made a fake suspended page on his website, in failed HTML, and it revealed the name "James Houben" or something, put it in google and hes an advertiser for warez, from the netherlands.
