Why can't they send two speartons back to attack you? One spearton to tank while the archers go in and deal damage....archers with swordwrath/spearton tanking is a classic strategy...let's be honest, spearton soaks up level 1 castle archer damage like a sponge and water.
In fact, why on earth would you send speartons to attack the spearton charging in the first place? If it's a short map, it won't buy you much time...if it's a long map, then by the time he gets over to your base, UNLESS YOU ARE REALLY BAD AT MAKING UNITS, you should have a spearton in production that's almost finished/finished, maybe another unit.
Also, you assume that they will move all their troops to attack your spearton.
I don't pretend to be pro at this game; but this strategy just doesn't look like it would cut it to me.
