OH WOW 60 FPS? YOU MUST BE SOME KIND OF ANIMATION GOD.
No.
Using 60 fps is plain stupid. And your excuse, because of the quality of double framing? lol.
If you have trouble with double frames at 24 fps you are probably not double-framing correctly or spamming them. It is possible to make animations without double framing, you know? But if you have trouble with making your animations smooth, you can upgrade to 30 fps, it creates a smooth motion and the little speed boost hides your mistakes.
Triple and Quadra-framing? That's used to mess up with physics if you are trying to go for an unconventional style. You should try to single frame at 24 or 30 fps instead of triple framing at 60 fps.
Not to mention that to amount to any kind of length you'll have to make a huge amount of frames, though using triple and quad framing I doubt its hard to reach them.

About the animation... the only frames I can see are probably the ones you triple framed, which feels like if the animation was lagging. Try to exaggerate your anticipation and follow through poses a bit more. Your smoke, If I looked at the animation as a general, I could see it, but if I fixated in 1 smoke sprite it was nearly impossible to catch it. Disappears way too fast.
Just so you know, movies at cinemas run at 24/25 fps. 24/25/30 on TV and only in sports they run at a higher fps. I don't know the number, but I know its above 100 fps. And that's only to replay some polemic plays in slow motion.

Why put the fps up high if you are going too just double and triple frame?

Anyway, nice animation!

I need more fps for doubleframing. Because sometimes i need to put 1,5 or 2,5 frames in animation with 30 fps. Because it's imposible i'm creating my animations on high fps. Maybe i do wrong. I'm not God of stickanimations. Maybe it's pointless to do it on so high fps for doubleframing. Thank you for tips, guy! I appreciate it!

How i told it before, i need to put 1,5 or 2,5 frames in animation with 30 fps. I use high fps for more quality of doubleframing.
Thanks for your opinion.

For 60fps that was actually pretty good.
