Sorry for the late post, my sched the past few days is all screwed up.

Anyone can join, it's for self practice. You can attempt all of them or just some, I highly suggest trying to do the fundamental practices. Any animating skill can join this, it's not a collab it's just for practice. After you get done animating one just post it here and i'll try to give cnc as in-depth as I can! :)
Friday Funk again, same layout as the last. It'll end on Monday, but you can still post afterwards. It might just take me a while to get back to you. Remember you don't have to do them all! Well since you guys pretty much know what this is, without further ado:

Fundamental Practice:

Run Cycles: Animate as many run cycles as you can. Put the frames into movie clips to make em loop. See how many different cycles/styles you can come up with

EasingV2: Trampoline jumping, I figured it's another way to practice easing since you have to show enough build up on the trampoline to send the stick up

Effects Practice:

Ripples: Try animating ripples in water, as in a water droplet falling and ripples coming out. Watch some slowmo videos on you tube to get a better idea of it

Teleport: Try creating a effect that shows teleporting. It can be from the simple line teleport to a slow fade out one. Try a few!

Random Stuff:

Create a background!: It can be really simple or really intricate, whatever you feel like doing

3dbox: Pretty easy, just try to make a 3dbox in flash. You can try to make it spin if you want.

Runloops: http://filz.us/Q7j (arms on the second one are a bit too fast, I know.)

Hey, sorry for replying so late but here we go!

Run loops aren't that bad, other than what you already pointed out. Just a little thing to make run loops look a tad better, have the frames where the feet touch the ground to cross go back and when he pushes off to go foward move those up and in the direction he's running. I actually made an example I forgot for who, how making it go back then foward adds a little bit more to the run: http://www.filz.us/view/ab05870d-0dd/ I do like the middle run though you did lol, it's pretty funny!
Tramampoline! The bottom is actually eased well, the jump itself is somewhat awkward though, maybe because it's lacking arms but it loops quite well. That's pretty much it with that, you got the easing right on the trampoline, could use a bit more at the top of the jump because it looks like he stops. Still good twerk mayne.
Ripples: I kinda wish the ball would've popped back out but the ripples them self are clean, good stuff man.
