Its simple: Just add what games that you enjoy/recommend for a system or genre.
I'd very much appreciate if you organized your list like this:
Example:
Wii
Super Smash Bros. Brawl (Fighting)
Super Mario Galaxy (Platformer)
World of Goo (Puzzle)(WiiWare game)
or
Horror
Slenderman (PC)
Dead Space (Xbox360, PS3)
and so on and so forth.
EDIT: Also, do NOT be lazy and say things like "the sonic series" since there is a myriad of them and its vague and uninformative. I will not include them if you label them so.
EDIT: Another thing, PLEASE INCLUDE DESCRIPTIONS FOR EACH GAME YOU MENTION. And make them good!
This is so if I have time I can update the OP with games that everyone recommends.
Okay, shoot!

Wii Party
-If you are sick of Mario Party and hate the sequlitis, this thing is your answer. The games are much more fair and the board is less luck-based. There's also a crazy hot potato game and other misc mini games like bingo and wheel of fortune. ~Mecha-Hewitt

The Legend of Zelda: Wind Waker
-This is best zelda game Nintendo made (besides Ocarina of Time) in a long time. The graphics are creative, the gameplay is amazing, and it's overall an amazing game to own. ~Molgera
Paper Mario and the Thousand-Year Door
-A great mario game that I've been playing recently. It has a very cool rpg system, cool and wacky atmosphere, and a fun game to play. Each character in the game has a unique personality, which makes the story very intriguing. ~Molgera
Super Smash Bros. Melee
-Better than Brawl lolololol ~Raptor
PSP (Click to Show)
Disgaea : Afternoon of Darkness
-The story itself was okay for me but the idea of playing strategically and claiming characters with levels that go up to 9999 just makes it more appealing to the eye. Pair it up with the fact that you can reset the levels and have the stats somewhat carry over. It is awesome. You can also level items. It adds to the awesome. ~ErrorBlender
Disgaea 2 : Dark Hero Days
-The story was a little better than the first. The added mode, which was Axel Mode, is analogous to the first's Etna Mode which proves a good challenge. An added bonus for me here is that the monsters have an added use whereas in the previous installment, monsters were near useless. Overall the game had better graphics, better gameplay and better story. ~ErrorBlender
DJ Max
-I thoroughly had to endure practice after practice over each song just to get a few parts correct. The game itself is fun and the music it had is a great addition to your playlists. It can get addicting. ~ErrorBlender
3rd Birthday
-The only TPS I've played in PSP. I used to loathe TPS in consoles other than PC since I deemed it hard as hell but upon learning the gameplay of 3rd Birthday, I sought to complete the game as much as I could. The game's story is great and the gameplay is easy to learn. The enemies are tough to beat and vary which are bonus points. The graphics are good too. I'd recommend it to you guys. ~ErrorBlender
Monster Hunter Freedom
Monster Hunter Freedom 2
Pixel Junk Shooter
YS 7
Shepherd's Crossing
Metal Gear Solid: Portable Ops
Metal Gear Solid: Peace Walker
Patapon! 1, 2, 3
-Its a very interesting game, but its one hard game. The better you rhyme your commands, the better the results. I'm still struggling the game. Great game nevertheless. ~_Ai_
-The series itself had a story that was simple yet satisfying for me. The real catch here is the gameplay. I loved the feeling of having fever mode everytime I play. Its a great stress reliever in my opinion. The graphics were cartoony and added to the fun atmosphere it has. ~ErrorBlender
Final Fantasy Dissidia 012 Duodecim
-It has all the heroes/heroins from FF1 - FF13. I'm very fond of the Final Fantasy Series. And that fondness doubles itself when I play this game. ~_Ai_
Persona 3 Portable
-I recently just got this game, but boy, I havent let go of my PSP for a few hours when I got this. I havent finished the game yet, but I'm almost 50% complete with the game. ~_Ai_
NDS (Click to Show)
Rune Factory 3
Ontamarama
Fast Food Panic
The World Ends With You
-My personal favorite game. Just take my word, you won't regret it. You can also get this game on the iOS store too. ~Raptor
9 Hours 9 Persons 9 Doors
-Hands down has the best story I've ever seen. Its a puzzle game with a thriller-themed story. The puzzles aren't easy but totally doable, and the story is toooo good. I mean like really really good. ~Raptor
Radiant Historia
-which is hands down the best JRPG on that system (Raptor: Pffft) in terms of plot. Battle's a little on the easy side but who cares about that. It uses a Time Travel plot and is quite convoluted to be sure but feels refreshingly different from your traditional RP plot. ~Mecha-Hewitt
Sands of Destruction
-Here's the beginning for you: Against your will, the hero turns his entire hometown (and mother and everyone) into sand and discovers that he will keep doing this everywhere until the world ends. Yeah. If that plot doesn't hook you in I don't know what. The people who made Xenogears made this game and it shows in terms of battle system and music. ~Mecha-Hewitt
PSX (Click to Show)
Final Fantasy VII, VIII, IX
Final Fantasy Tactics (Also on PSP)
-one of the games that is really really long to finish and also hard to play without certain knowledge... You can finish the game non-stop for a week (168 hours) = chance of finishing is 120 days+ ~harvia89
