Well, everyday ( usaully at school ) I get deja-vu and it knocks me back, then, it looks like I'm looking through someone elses eyes.

And another time ( like, a month ago ) my dad came round to me house because my drunken grandma told him that my mum was pregnant. She was going to tell him the next day, anyway. By the way, my mum and dad have been split up for a year now. So, anyway, he comes, shouting "SO ARE YOU PREGNANT THEN, EH, WITH HIM!!!" and banging on the door and kicking it. My mum opens the door with my sister standing next to her ( aged 7 ) , he is standing there, making a complete ass of himself, shouting at the top of his lungs. Then he pushes my mum, and grabs my sister, and is about to take her with him. My stepdad to be ( Steve ) , comes down, and nearly gets into a fight with him. He runs off to the local corner shop, and we lock the door and phone the police. Steve is very angry at this point, trying to get out and go the the corner shop and fight him, but my mum stops him. My mum then phones the police and tells them what happened, then rings her cousin ( Tracey ) . So Tracey comes round, goes to the corner shop and talks to my dad, then she comes back, shouts at my mum telling her its her fault. Later the police came to see my mum, ask her some questions, and gave her a number to ring if anything like this happened again.

My sister was crying like hell, but I don't blame her.

The end.

I'd be pissed off if my wife did that. Even if we had been divorced, its really not about letting go.

It is.
You were there, it happened, it ended.
I would leave it there.
Unluckily, most people dont, I feel sorry for you.
Thank god my dad took it better.

Letting it go is a sign of weakness and is like ignoring it. You should handle it by learning to accept the fact that your no longer their husband/wife. This applies to anything.

Wow, you just accepted my theory but then completely substituted it.
Letting go is not weakness.
Its a strength.
It means that you have mental strength to leave the person be, yet still know and remember that person.
*Sighs*
Now lets get back on topic.

Another Scary Moment.

I had a dream where a man with a wolf head was chasing me through my back woods. He clamped down on my chest and I woke up. But it still felt as something was crushing my chest and I couldn't breath. It lasted for about 30 seconds.

Another one.
OK the only train near my house is about 20 miles in town. It's around midnight and I'm in the living room. Out of nowhere I herd a train whistle that scared the shit out of me. I mean it was loud like a train was right beside me. No one heard it but me.
