does anyone know any easing tips to look smoother in my animations whether i want it to be a fast or slow motion (i.e fast punch, or slow kick?) i want my anims to be good like kid kei ish? please help!

For faster movement, just use less frames. But beware, this cuts down the anticipation of the attack and makes the attack a lot weaker. For slower movements, take a look at this tut
