Make the eyes smaller, in proportion to the face. And the arms look like sticks; when your arms are oriented like that they're bent, or should be bent. They're also a little too long, and you should define the shoulders, biceps + triceps, and forearms a tad more, to get rid of that "stick" look. Where the hair meets the eye-patch, the eye-patch should completely overlap the hair.

Good drawing exceld C:

it's good. level the shoulders and the arms are too long, i know it's a female but, i might need new glasses, but i thought for a moment it was a guy. try defining it more if it's a woman by adding definition to the chest or the body frame. i still think it's good :)

aside from anatomy the one thing that's unappealing is the lack of diverse values; everything's the same shade of grey lol

it'll take a while to do properly but with pencil drawings it'd be good to learn how to shade different parts of the drawing darker or lighter depending on what the object is. for example, the hair in this picture should be lighter than the vest, and her skin shouldn't be the same color as both items. i figure that stuff like that is a result of your scanner options, but it still doesn't hurt to practice
