I'm using a Mac w/ Flash 8 on it. I've used Flash 8 on Windows, and the max brush size seems bigger on Windows then on Mac. I'd like you to:

1. Open up Flash 8 Pro (assuming you're on Windows)
2. Zoom in to 400%
3. Select brush tool, max size
4. Draw a vertical line on the screen (we're still at 400%)
5. Zoom back to 100%
6. Take a screenshot (prntscrn button on keyboard)
7. Upload to antiup
8. Post here

P.S.: I'm doing this to compaire, to see if it IS really smaller.

There is absolute no difference between Flash professional 8 on windows, or at a mac. Also, if it would be, it shouldn't be that much difference. People have different computers so they might see it different then you would, witch won't be more then 1 inch bigger or smaller. I think you shouldn't bother.
