Depends, it depends. For example he just went to toilet, then with 1 sword, u killed everything before he comes back, or, you just suck and you can't counter chaos

20 deads,5 medusa and 2 giants equals 99 population, and the maximum population is 80, so that would be impossible to have if the enemy is not cheating.
