That was an awesome shading! *O* But, I think the left hand got a pretty big size for a sweet girl + the sandal on the right side that stepped by the left side just disappear! >.> P.S. I zoomed in LOL

Her left arm should be more obscured by her body; erase some of it, because it looks like the arm became sasquatch. The legs are a little too long, cut them down a little lol. The jaw/majority of the head, as the exceld9 mentioned at, is too large. Make the jaw smaller and it'll give the hair more definition.

Why is the arm on the left shorter above the elbow?
Also, both arms are too short. The hands should reach the middle of the thighs when straightened.
The position of her feet look like they're on two different planes instead of flat ground. Perspective problem, perhaps?
Otherwise, the colouring is really well done. I like the hair.
EDIT: You also drew the knees too damn high.
