Last book I read was Shogun and now I'm reading Musashi.
Good books, both of them, only that the ending of shogun was somewhat disappointing.

Going to the library today :)
Last book I read was The Ring of Solomon. Very good, as expected from the Bartimaeus Trilogy books. Finished it in one sitting yesterday afternoon. Is that fast?

I'm reading the "wheel of time" trilogy from Robert Jordan. I'm at book 5. There are 14 books in total :D
If you like fantasy (Knights and Magic stuff). Then this trilogy is super awesome.
Also if you liked reading Games of Thrones, then these will also be fun.

The last book I read was The Rise of 9, book three in the Lorien Legacies series (I am Number 4). It's one of those fantastically awesome fantasy/scifi books that was made into a terrible movie, and I drastically recommend the book series over the film.
Percy Jackson and the Olympians is a really good book series, especially if you're a nerd over Greek mythology (like me), and another one of those that was made into a terrible movie.
They're not terrible as a movie, I should say. It's just that after you read the books, it's nearly impossible to watch the movies and fully enjoy them. Which is why I'm afraid to read the LOTR trilogy and the Harry Potter series. I love those movies and don't want them to be ruined by superior writing.

There was an awesome sequel series. Heroes of Olympus. It has new characters and a *spoiler?* Roman Camp. Pretty good. Still an ongoing series, though and House of Hades (fourth out of five) is coming out in October. Yay!
EDIT: I also just read Jurassic Park by Michael Crichton.

Might as well post and keep this going.
Right now I'm reading The Kite Runner by Khalid Hosseini, and after that I'm going to start Deception Point by Dan Brown.
