Sign-Ups
First, you must post in this thread to sign up for the game. Sign-ups continue until August the 21st (If you do not make the date, do not complain to me.) There are some requirements of signing up however.
You must be able to be online to post every 24 hours. This means people on vacation or going to be on vacation in a few days may not sign up. Seriously guys. This has become a constant problem. If you join this than you are fully aware that you have to stay dedicated. Otherwise you're wasting your time and everyone else's who is actually participating.
You must be able to follow all the rules and not complain about any part of it. If you have a dispute with another player, do it in this thread, keep it out of whatever thread you were killed in.
Don't be stupid.
How Game Will Be Run
After signups close, I will randomly arrange the participants in a circle of life and PM each member who their target is. I will not release this until the game comes to an end, so no one will know who is targeting them until it's too late. You may only assassinate your target, you cannot assassinate random players of the game. After you have been assassinated, you are eliminated from the game and you may not assassinate or receive targets anymore. After you assassinate your target, you will be assigned their target to assassinate.
The Act of Assassination
The general goal of the players is to be the last man standing. To do this, you must strive to stay alive and eliminate opposition at the same time. This is how that will work.
When you see a post made by your target in any section except the bat cave, check the time it was posted and the time it is now, located at the bottom of the page. If it has passed 30 minutes, the player is now unable to be killed and the post is to be ignored. However, if 30 minutes has not passed, you may assassinate the player. To assassinate, make a post quoting the person's post in the same thread and use this image:
You may only assassinate someone once every 6 hours. Don't want everyone multikilling each other all at once.
KAMIKAZE KILLS
10 or less minutes after you have been killed, you can take the bastard with you by quoting his assassination with this:
Once there are only two people left in the game, a Kamikaze kill is forbidden. Otherwise appointing a winner is nearly impossible.
THE POST CONTAINING THIS IMAGE IS THE ONLY OFF-TOPIC POST CONCERNING THIS GAME TO BE MADE IN THAT THREAD, UNLESS ANOTHER ASSASSINATION HAS BEEN MADE IN THE SAME THREAD. Don't derail the thread, take any quarreling in here. After that, copy the entire message and post it in this thread. I will cross off the victim in the list of players and in my circle of life. Do not attempt to delete your post to avoid being assassinated. No one likes cheaters and moderators can see deleted posts anyways.

To keep the flow of the game going, every player must post at least once every 24 hours. I can't keep up with every player so if you notice that your target has not posted within 24 hours, notify me and I will eliminate them. As well, any two players caught arguing outside this thread will be eliminated. And please, make sure to watch the time. I'll check the time the posts were made as best as I can but I would rather not see a bunch of failed assassination posts scattered across the forums.
ATTENTION!: Forum game-threads are the only safe threads. In these threads you can't be assassinated. However, you MUST post outside these threads once every 24 hours or you will be disqualified. This thread is a forum-game thread too, in case you're wondering.

8/22 1:54 AM: merich1 is found dead after not responding to his target occupancy. A note found in his apartment reads, "I can't take part in such a hell."
8/22 8:32 AM: Triss was the most excited of all the players to be a part of this game. Yet sadly, he was the first to go. On a harmless trip into the RHG section, BoomerangReturns followed closely behind and swiped him in an alley.
8/22 8:36 AM: News of the first assassination was quickly spreading. It was only a matter of time before everyone knew. But Outcast was in the RHG Characters section at the time and discovered it immediately. He decided to act quickly and headed to the Eastern RHG Clans. There, he spotted his target, Reap4u. Many eyes were on Reap4u for he was believed to become the victor. Not on Outcast's watch. Rebellion looked the other way (thanks to a nice bribe) while Outcast waltzed inside their lair and gunned Reap4u down.
8/22 9:14 AM: It was now well known throughout the RHG section that two assassinations had been made. Any players there were up on their guard. Fuzzybrain at the time was spectating a battle. Before leaving the Battle Zone he took a quick trip to the restroom. While at a urinal, GamerXD8 appeared behind him with a gun to his spine. "You'd think you would've used a booth and been prepared." But Fuzzybrain turned out to be prepared. The entire restroom was laced with TNT. He knew GamerXD8 was coming, he just thought he had more time. Cornered, he blew him, GamerXD8, and the the entire restroom to smithereens.
8/23 2:19 AM: Ever since the wave of four kills within the same hour, all the other players have kept quiet. No reports of assassinations have come since. Suddenly, word gets out that there was a death. Everyone is excited as to who it may be. The victim is carstraft. However, evidence shows that his death was caused by his own weapon. Apparently while cleaning it, he accidentally shot himself. What a shame.
8/23 1:35 PM: The game has been quiet for quite some time. All the players have been cautious as to where they set foot. Camila found it reasonable to take one small little trip to the Chat Thread and partake in discussion. However, that didn't seem to be the case. In a moment away from everyone else, Camila was grabbed from behind, pulled around the corner, and had her throat slit by BoomerangReturns. His second victim.
8/23 3:28 PM: Tsang was in the middle of going through some moderation papers when he heard someone enter his office. There stood Gunnii with a security officer behind him, weapon drawn. "What's the meaning of this?" Tsang asked. "Consider yourself being alive a little bit longer," Gunnii responded sliding a folder across the desk. Tsang opened it to discover the contract for his death. "Good luck trying to stay sane. I know I couldn't." With that Gunnii turned around and drew a gun towards the security. Almost instantly he was shot through the head and fell lifelessly onto the ground. The first to participate, only to discover it wasn't what he had expected.
8/23 5:16 PM: Throughout the game, Luzoto had been nowhere in sight. Sharp, his soon to be killer, decided to investigate and track him down. Luzoto had not been seen within his place of living since the start of the game. Nor had any of his regular hangouts or moderating workplace seen much of him either. But after taking some tips, pretending to be a friend, and pulling some strings, Sharp had found himself lurking into the old beat down part of Stickpage where the rejected noobs resided. The neighborhoods smelled like sewers and the streets made you sick. Luzoto himself had a target, so what was he doing all the way out here? After passing up helpless noobs begging for CnC and others with poor social and grammatical skills, he was able to piece together the location of interest. Sharp tipped off a nervous bartender who agreed with everything someone else said, which lead him right into the bar's basement. There in the basement, a crazed Luzoto sat. He had mapped together all the participants of the game and were lining them on the wall side by side. He had red thread traveling between each picture, trying to connect the dots. No one else was down here and Luzoto was terribly distracted. This seemed to be a perfect time for Sharp to make his move. However the basement was quiet enough to where you can hear a pin drop. So Sharp first came out and aimed his gun, then cocked it. Immediately Luzoto turned around and held a detonator in his hand. "What do you got there?" Sharp asked. "I knew you were coming for me..." Luzoto said with a frail voice, "And I know whose coming after you..." Sharp raised his eyebrows, then shook his head, "No! I know what you're trying to do! You're crazy and this whole detonator ploy isn't fooling me!" Luzoto shrugged, "Suit yourself." He pressed the button. Within seconds the entire basement was up in flames and the bar above was leveled. However, the bartender lived. As he nervously promised to Luzoto before, he released the research so far to the public so that it would not go in vain in the case of his death. The game just became that much more intense.
8/23 7:13 PM: News of the second bombed place spread quickly. As well, the research list was obtained by many of the other assassins still in game. It's become more now than simple stealth kills and sneakarounds. The game has become a strategy. All the assassins are on guard and ready to put up a fight. Yet at the same time, so are their targets. It's a vicious circle of life that doesn't seem to be letting up anytime soon. The pressure was just too much. Someone had to cave in. He didn't want to go out in an explosion or in the name of honor for assassination. He simply just didn't want to be a part of it anymore. [Naimad]MatrixNinja2000 caved in just like the others. But he wanted to send a message out while he did. His body was found at the bottom of the lake with a bullet through the skull.
8/23 7:23 PM: The last death was discovered 10 minutes ago, and MicVeir4 felt enough time had been wasted with petulant fools caving in on the pressure. He decided it was finally time to take action. With all the bombings going on he felt trying to sneak in a kill was a waste of time. If he was going to get killed, it might as well be now. The Organization was casually spending time in the Chat Thread. He seemed very calm and relaxed for someone involved in a game that have caused multiple to off themselves. As he was sitting at a table, the front doors of the room were kicked open. Everyone turned to look, and there stood MicVeir4 with a pistol. He turned and saw The Organization and raised his gun. Immediately The Organization jumped from his seat and took cover. Shots were fired and everyone around scattered. MicVeir4 approached The Organization, who rose from his cover with a weapon only to be hit by two bullets. He laid helplessly on the ground, and MicVeir4 stood above him. "I knew this was going to happen. I just stopped caring a while ago," The Organization said weakly. "So did I," MicVeir4 replied looking down. "I just didn't think someone would be stupid enough to be so up front with their kill after everything," The Organization chuckled. "Stupid?" MicVeir4 grew confused, "I'm not the one about to die." "Oh contraire. We shall go together." The Organization grabbed MicVeir4's ankle. Attached to his wrist was a bomb that immediately activated. "Son of a-" Hence the third explosion of the game happened in the heart of the Chat Thread. The assassins are diminishing quickly.
8/23 8:25 PM: After assassinating Reap4u easily when everyone had bet on him to be the winner, Outcast felt pretty confident in himself. Many were debating on whether or not he or BoomerangReturns were the ones to look out for. But regardless, Outcast was level headed. In his cockiness he flaunted himself around in public, not much worry that his target would dare try to attack him so abruptly after all the kamikazes that have happened within the game. He was passing by and tipping an opinion to Kanga-B and his RHG character. They weren't the most appealing words, "Cool RHG, I guess." He then continued to walk, showing Kanga to be of little importance. Kanga found the carelessness in his words insulting. That's when someone put their arm around his shoulder. "Doesn't that guy just bother you? Walking around acting like he's better than everyone?" he asked. "Yeah," Kanga said blowing steam out. "Call him back over here real fast. I'll put him in his place." With that the man disappeared. Kanga, still insulted, decided to do so and see the result. "Hey come back here real fast! I got something cooler I can show you!" he waved him over. Outcast stopped, "Don't waste your breath, buddy. There's not much I see you doing to impress m-" His words were halted. Kanga slowly dropped his arm and froze. There stood Salt, shoving a sword from behind through Outcast's torso. He dropped to the floor in a state of shock and bleeding out. "Thanks, kid." Salt then once again disappeared while Kanga still stood staring. He thought he was gonna just lecture the
