Trying to in prove my animation skills why don't you check it out and try tell me some pointers

the jumpflip looks weird, works on easing and anticipation,
make small movements to show him that he's going to jump, so viewer would know he will jump,
and work on the blue guy's reactions

add some force on the punshes, work on the blue stick reactions, and some force and anticipation at the jumps
just like NX- said

And use just a few more frames, maybe one hehe, on the in-air stuff after jumps.
