For your first animations, they're actually really good. :) Carry on practicing and you'll definitely get better. :)

the second one choreography is from hyun's tut eh? noticed it,
a good starter, you're getting better, keep on practicing, don't be lazy.
watch more tuts about easing, reaction, anticipation.

Well, I can't be harsh because you're a beginner so all I can really say is...

Just keep practicing. The more you animate, the more you'll start to understand what goes into making an animation realistic and fluid. It's also important to study movement in the real world; doing so will allow you to recognize how your character is supposed to move rather than you just guessing.

What do you have against the red sticks :( ? Seriously though:
First one: not enough franes to understand the battle
Seond one: Way better than the first one, maybe more frames, but it is definitively good.
Third one:More frames when he grabs the guy and he turns with him, except that the blur is good!

This is actually pretty good for your first animations! Some things that are a off is that your stick figures come to a sudden stop. Also, it is a little hard to understand because of a lack of too many frames.

Anyway, dont stop animating!
