2. Steam powered jets in butterfly rivers gauntlets and feet allow it to jump dash and throw punishing blows at incredible speeds.>



2. movement: puncturing the steam chambers in its legs or gauntlets will render it ineffective
3. copy: Butterfly river cannot copy non organic beings or fighters whose powers are linked to their weapons>
