Recently...well to be more accurate, today, I've been getting various warnings that flash is lacking memory to continue any sort of project. Which doesn't sound like a very good thing. Some of these warnings have asked me to close all programs in order to get flash working normally again...which I did, and nothing happened. It stayed the same. Which was a bit annoying.

What exactly happens you're probably wondering?

-Some objects are unclickable, as if nothing was there (layers aren't even locked either)
-extreme lag problems
-some objects are colored in with a color I don't want them to be when filling them in
(to explain this, imagine I have a red square inside a blue square, when trying to fill the inner square green, it becomes blue instead, this also leads to the object becoming unclickable as mentioned above)
-objects color themselves in if I select them (refer to statement above)
-constantly unresponsive at times
-everything in the canvas gets disoriented and distorted (this only happened once, but was a bit weird, like flash was freaking out on me)

I'm not sure what I'm really suppose to do, file transferring didn't work, restarting my computer didn't work, program closing didn't work, deleting previous files didn't work, emptying out all my junk didn't work, so either I need to get a new computer, or I'm on the brink of complete insanity. (Because this has been going on for a good four hours and if I don't finish my speed art I'm gonna be a bit upset...)

Anyone got any suggestions? Answers?

bl3u if this is due to you always sending me files through skype instead of showing me them on fileize I ain't gonna be happy with ya <3

I've got this problem several times too, is some sort of bug as far as I know. I just restart my computer, or I let it rest for a while, and then it works.

This is a sign that the flash file is about to become corrupt. I've encountered quite a lot when I was working on my RHGs, Music Videos, collab parts, and etc. that contained a lot of effects or symbols.

My suggestion is try to make a backup file or bring everything from that file into another flash file. This should solve the problem. If it doesn't, you're gonna have to roll back on your process to the very point where things started to go wrong. Once you've found that specific time, create that backup file from that point.

i think re-installing flash will solve this, if it didn't work too, then try download another version of flash.

@Cameh- yeah, didn't seem to work
@Exilement- 6.00 GB
@Yun- even with a back up file, the effects remained same, and getting rid of unnecessary filter effects didn't help either, Although undoing my work until I find the problem seems reasonable. But I'm not sure how this could be done, since I've closed flash so many times, I'm not sure if I'll be able to undo it all
@Nx- that could work...maybe
