I hated having like three hotels on one city at monopoly and my friends never hitting it...

Exact dice movement really rustles my jimmies at the end of a board game, you know, that one sweet spot winning space you have to land on precisely, not just passing over it with a few more turns. For example, you're 4 spaces away from the end space, and when you roll a 6 you're forced to pass over it and bounce back 2 spaces, then you need a 2, and then you roll a 5, then you bounce back 3 more spaces, then you need a 3, and it goes on, and on, AND ON. I got to the end, why does landing precisely on the end matter so much? I hate that so much. A few times I've came last place in board games, despite I'm the closest to the end space, I've wasted a lot of time and turns because I can't simply reach the fussy spot, rather than landing on it. This petty 1/6 chance can really screw you over sometimes.
EDIT: Oh wait, that'd be proper placement, I guess.

I played a lot of monopoly when I was younger, and I remembered always going on the "go to jail" spaces. It really pissed me off back then, but it doesn't happen as much anymore. Guess I was unlucky back then.

Jail is a pretty good heaven when there's lots of hotels.
