It looks nice, though the brush strokes seem a little off in the top left corner of his 'forehead'.

It does kind of look creepy though...

It's pretty good! The brush strokes are a bit rough as it's been said and you could've fine-tuned that but it's pretty nice. The teeth area looks a bit weird though.

Looking good man. Shading could have been smoother, but I like it how it is as well. The real thing bothering me was the eyes though; They look out of place in the picture, too plain and simple. If you wanted to make his eyes look foggy n' stuff, then you should have added darker shades around the eyes to add more creepiness and have it look more pleasing over all. That's my suggestion, great work!
