When you throw a piece of paper away, do you fold or scrunch? That's what it's asking.

I scrunch because I can't be bothered to fold, unless it's in a quiet environment where people might be disturbed by the scrunch sounds.

Yer, like I said, anything is applicable but this is what I generally mean.

Wait, when you go to the bathroom, don't you throw the tissue into the toilet and flush it away?

EDIT: I don't want to go into the details, but I just use my hand, put the tissue on my palm and wipe. Then I just drop it into the toilet, no scrunching or folding.
