Absolutely no force in those attacks at all, and turn the smoothing up, not bad though. :)

Plan your moves ahead. Check out some tutorials on punching and kicking.
I think you got the hang of animating movement in general, you just need to start learning and applying fundamentals of movement.

Yeah... I agree with them. Also, when he punched, his arm just stopped ??? Upps, if u r able, link him Tutorials, cuz it's pretty hard to find them.

So basically this is intermediate/pro level. He uses F7 to make new key frames (if you didn't know) and the key element is to always keep your drawing consistent to the previous frame, and use (< and >) hot keys on your keyboard to pan through frames.
If you keep previewing your process over and over you'll make sure that you spot the flaws before you make a new frame.
Remember this takes hours at first and its really tiring, but eventually it turns to minutes once you get the hang of drawing your sticks and keeping them consistent in size and shape.
