I just played with a guy

just follow these steps

1. get 8 miners 5 on gold 3 on mana
2. Get shadowrath
3. capture the tower
5. attack
6. spearton will fight and shadowrath run past through the defence and kill the miners
7. he might have a miner garrisoned
8. act like you dont know it
9. retreat to the tower
10. get the shadowrath to go and assasinate that miner
11. kill remaining enemy
12. and then at last he might Surrender of no gold or continue playing cause he can afford another miner
13. then assasinate the miner with the shadowrath!
14.then he has no choice but to surrender or continue playing without any units. hell be like :mad:

Note:
Keep on getting the spearton and shadowrath.
cause if they die youll have the spare ones.

Due to castle archers and probably any units your opponent SHOULD have, your shadowrath will likely die, while only killing a single miner.

Since Miners have relatively short build times, you basically delayed 75 gold for like 12 seconds. Although that seems like an annoyance, note that you lost 450 gold and 150 mana, which is a much heftier loss than a single miner in the short term (during which a miner could be replaced easily)

Also, there's the fact that anyone who uses ninjas probably would've figured this out themselves easily, while they are building up their own army to go for the win, why not make it easier by annoying them and making slight delays so they have a slightly smaller army?

another thing i used to use shadowrath alot and heaps of them and i would always try kill their miners but i would only kill about one with shinobi and then it would die because its exposed

ah gosh...: Shadowrath are only used for: assassinating magikills/meric, for scouting and for chasing.....not more and not less ^^

Basically, I also notice alot of people use shadalbow now so I basically harass the heck out of them as their army takes FOREVER to build. It's actually funny how many people use it. Rage swords and mass archers covered by a giant to protect from albows. That's how I won last time someone did it.

But really, what is with this new obsession with shadowrath? It's like giants and giant spamming now.

seems like most of them love them ^^ and also: I only see a good use of shadalbow strat on long map...
