i downloaded some SFX from the resource section and i went to upload them with the simple:

File> Import> Import to library

but it's not working. can anyone help me?

When you say that nothing works is because you get a pop-up with some kind of error, or because literally nothing happens?

Right click the audio file you're trying to import and click "properties". Take a screenshot of the window that pops up and post it here.
