Story: while crossing over a large mountain he fell through a hole in the ice, he dropped a few metres into a cave area, which he saw to be completely empty, the immense cold, caused him to adapt, he soon no longer felt cold and day by day he noticed to be getting covered in a thick layer of ice, he discovered his new talents and was able to escape, he made it out and soon after found the rhg.

Abilities : he can manipulate ice, and turn water too ice, he can recreate any weapon through the ice, but they tend to be fragile and only last a few hits, he can shoot ice blasts out of his hands, he is good at fighting.

weakness: Blizzard consists of two layers, his coating which is the visible bluish colour you see, this purely consists of ice, and his undercoating which is a black stick form. he can lose this coating by fire or it getting scrapped off. if the coating comes off he will no longer be able to use his ice powers and will just be a normal stick, untill he is reunited with ice.
