You do know there's a free swf converter which was like out in January or something. It's called Swivel, and I'm surprised there's still some people that still don't know it (except for noobs).

Yeah, pretty much this. I honestly find Swivel the thing that gives me the most preeminent results, so that's your best bet for a high quality .mp4 video format for your animation. :)
